How shipping works

Our apparel is made to order — printed fresh when you buy, not sitting in a warehouse. That means a little extra time up front for a better product and less waste.

• Production: typically 2–5 business days.
• Transit: usually 3–7 business days in the US after it ships (international varies).
• You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on the way.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to most international destinations. Duties or import fees, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

We stand behind the gear. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no hassle. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing once production starts — so check the size guide before you order, and message us if you're unsure.

Digital products

Programs, guides, and downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If a file won't download or open, email us and we'll fix it fast.
